The AMES Method
Learn. Remember. Feel. Grow.
The problem
Disconnection in the digital age
In our early childhood, up to the age of six, we were used to learning by exploring and discovering the world through all our sensory stimuli. However, the traditional educational system drastically changes this dynamic: it accustoms us to a vertical pattern where the student simply sits down to listen to a teacher and memorize data to pass exams.
By doing this, we stop stimulating our bodies and limit ourselves almost exclusively to the audiovisual plane, exactly the same senses we use to consume television screens, video games, or the internet. This disconnection from our physical environment, coupled with digital hyperstimulation, quickly leads us to stress, isolation, and a loss of social contact. As a result, we gradually lose the ability to communicate assertively, our empathy decreases, and we open the door to mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, trapping ourselves in a cycle that harms all areas of our lives.

Experiences, not just data
Communication is the fundamental basis of any human relationship, but it is also our most complex task, as what we say is not always understood by those listening to us. We must understand that communicating is not just about transmitting cold data, but about generating a feeling in the person receiving the message.
We understand that each person processes information differently depending on multiple factors: their attention level, environmental obstacles, emotional history, and even personal taboos. The way we learn and connect is unique to each individual and is directly linked to our mental health, which affects how we perceive the world and how we convey our ideas.
The solution
The AMES Method
To evolve and improve every day, we need to understand who we are, how we function, and how we learn. We call this process of self-knowledge the AMES Method, based on four fundamental pillars:
- A – Active Learning: Every brain is a world of its own and learns differently; some people are more visual, others auditory or tactile. If we know what our strengths are and which methods are most comfortable for us, we can enhance our skills and communicate much more effectively with our surroundings.
- M – Memory: Although the human brain has the same basic operating system for everyone, the difference lies in how we stimulate and control it to our advantage. Knowing how our memory works helps us retain important information and makes our daily lives easier.
- E – Experience (Sensory): In childhood, we connected with our parents and the environment through sounds, smells, tastes, and textures. As we grow up, we turn on the “autopilot” and become less sensitive to the world. Our memory is strongly connected to emotions; therefore, we better remember distinct experiences that involve multiple senses. Awakening sensory experience improves our cognition, our attention, and the way we interact with others.
- S – Safeguarding Mental Health: The situations around us affect us according to the importance we give them based on our personal values. Learning to recognize our emotions and not wasting physical or mental energy on things we cannot control is vital for having emotional intelligence. If we do not feel well inside, it is impossible to learn, feel, or communicate effectively on the outside.

The impact
Real transformation
The foundation of good coexistence is communication; if we manage to do it in the best way and understand the four AMES pillars, we will avoid conflicts and misunderstandings.
When a school or company invests time in training its professionals with this method, it manages to prevent extreme exhaustion or burnout and fosters autonomy and self-knowledge. The result is a team made up of happier workers willing to help. This translates into a reduction in sick leave, a remarkable improvement in people’s quality of life, and, as a natural consequence, an increase in the productivity of the entire organization.
How we implement the AMES Program
We know that every institution is unique, which is why the AMES Program is not a rigid system, but is custom-designed according to the specific needs of your school or company. Our intervention is fully flexible and can be adapted to different formats: from an inspiring Masterclass to break the ice, to practical workshops or a complete, in-depth training in the AMES Method.
To achieve a real transformation, we work on the four pillars through dynamic activities applicable to everyday life:
- A – Learning: Through practical workshops, we discover how each person assimilates information. We understand our individual process to improve the way we communicate, fostering empathy and creating much healthier and more effective connections with others.
- M – Memory: We explain in a simple way how the brain works when retaining information. In addition, we practice various exercises designed to stimulate memory naturally, adapting these techniques to our daily goals and our pace of life.
- E – Sensory Experience: We learn to awaken and use our senses to our advantage. We explore how to create enriching experiences that help us anchor important information in a lasting way, breaking the monotony and improving our quality of life.
S – Mental Health: We chart clear and accessible paths to elevate our daily well-being. We propose everything from small habit changes and daily emotional intelligence exercises to the creation and facilitation of safe support groups within the institution itself so that no one has to go through their difficulties alone.
